\"photos-mail2-EN.092121\"<\/a>Montreal, October 28 2015<\/b> \u2013 The Montreal SPCA\u2019s second annual Beasts of Fashion<\/i> <\/a>fundraising gala is taking place next week, on Thursday November 5th<\/sup>, at the Theatre Paradoxe. The goal is to raise $200,000 in order to help the Montreal SPCA continue its important mission to care and advocate for the animals of our community.<\/p>\n

Though this year\u2019s Beasts of Fashion<\/i> event theme will take a decadent detour into sweet new territory with \u201cLove & Chocolate<\/i>\u201d, we will be treating our supporters to an unforgettable dinatoir<\/i> gala experience. Those with a fine palate will enjoy a never-ending parade of hors-d\u2019oeuvres and heavenly delicacies, intended to satisfy the senses, while warming the heart with original cocktails and wines. Our guests will also admire our precocious pooches as they strut their stuff in their usual grand style. And of course, many other sweet surprises will be served up throughout the evening!<\/p>\n

The evening promises a flurry of furry festivities\u00a0including lots of fun, entertainment and a surprise announcement. Appearances will be made by special V.I.P guests, such as renowned Montreal jazz artists, Bet.e and Stef<\/b><\/a>, and Quebec television stars Maripier Morin<\/b><\/a> and Anne-France Goldwater<\/b><\/a>. \u201cLast year, I was awestricken by the fashion-forward sense of the elegant canines who strutted their stuff down the catwalk (get it? Catwalk!), says Anne-France Goldwater. \u00ab\u00a0This year, I am delighted to be the auctioneer at the Beasts of Fashion 2015 Gala. I hope to be half as radiant as my four-legged canine cousins and that together we can inspire bidders to support the Montreal SPCA!\u201d, she adds.<\/p>\n

The evening\u2019s agenda will include a live auction featuring a one-week stay in a luxury condo in the Bahamas<\/strong> for six guests, a weekend for two at Hovey Manor<\/a>, a six-course catered dinner for eight guests by Sel Noir<\/a> and many more wonderful items and experiences!<\/p>\n

Most importantly, the evening will provide an opportunity for everyone from the business and general community to connect with a local cause they care deeply about. \u201cWe are excited to be hosting our second annual Beasts of Fashion<\/i> fundraising gala- an elegant evening where love and high style will meet sweet temptations.
