Presented by <strong>Elle Quebec<\/strong> and the Montreal SPCA, the evening will be hosted by animal-lover and Quebec television star, <strong>Maripier Morin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from the fun, fashion-filled, dog-meets-runway gala, the goal is to raise $100,000 to support our 145-year old charity, while offering an unforgettable experience for animal-lovers who also have a penchant for fashion. Brandon Prust of the <i>Montreal Canadiens<\/i> will be among the guests showing their support for the event.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees should expect to tempt their palettes with original cocktails and hors-d\u2019oeuvres while enjoying a beastly fashion show where dogs will walk their models down the runway. Some of the non-canine beauties strutting their stuff down the catwalk will include wives and girlfriends of the <i>Montreal Canadiens (Habs). <\/i>Fashion designers, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yvesjeanlacasse.com\/en\/\">Yves Jean Lacasse<\/a> (Envers), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.evegravel.com\/?lang=en\">Eve Gravel<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.muse-cchenail.com\/\">Christian Chenail<\/a> (Muse), <a href=\"http:\/\/myleneb.com\/en\/\">Mylene B<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valeriedumaine.com\/\">Valerie Dumaine <\/a>will be featuring some of their newest, hottest fashions during the show.<\/p>\n<p>The evening\u2019s agenda will include an auction featuring a weekend for two at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manoirhovey.com\/en\">Hovey Manoir<\/a>, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> row tickets to a Montreal Canadiens game, and an original painting by Montreal\u2019s world-renowned artist Tom Hopkins.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Beasts of Fashion<\/i> promises to be a unique and exciting gala that combines Montreal fashion with Montreal compassion\u201d, says Nicolas Gilman, Executive Director of the Montreal SPCA. \u201cWe are greatly anticipating a fabulous evening for all, and we hope to see you there!\u201d adds Gilman.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>When:\u00a0<\/b>Thursday, November 6 2014, at 6:00pm<\/li>\n<li><b>Where:<\/b>\u00a0Corona Theater, 2490 Notre-Dame West, Montreal<\/li>\n<li><b>Tickets: <\/b>$150 each, tickets can be purchased at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beastsoffashion.com\">www.beastsoffashion.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We invite you to join us at the <i>Beasts of Fashion<\/i> gala for an offbeat evening while supporting the Montreal SPCA!
