We are still receiving a particularly high number of abandoned or stray cats and we need your help to find them a forever loving home.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spca.com\/wordpspca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Cadeau_Adoption_chat.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-7777\" title=\"Cadeau_Adoption_chat\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spca.com\/wordpspca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Cadeau_Adoption_chat-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>As the main purpose of this day is to facilitate the adoption of at least 50 cats, we will offer every person who adopts a cat on Thursday, November 7, 2013 a gift* worth $75 (including litter box, scratching post, toy, Litter Locker and a Royal Canin discount coupon). Also, professional photographers will be available free of charge to take pictures of adopters with their new feline friend (file photos will be provided on a CD).<\/p>\n<p>In the above photo, meet Alsatia, an adorable 2-year-old female cat who is already sterilized and available for adoption at the SPCA Annexe.<\/p>\n<p>We also want to promote the importance of adopting a pet from a shelter rather than buying one from a pet store or online.
