Description

Boji est un grand garçon gourmand à la personnalité amusante. Il ADORE manger, en particulier la nourriture humide et les friandises en tube, ce qui se voit clairement à la bave qui coule de sa bouche dès qu'il anticipe une friandise. Il aime suivre une routine qui consiste à faire de longues séances de câlins/sommeil (il essaiera de vous convaincre de faire la sieste avec lui pendant la journée ; c'est ce qu'il préfère faire avec l'humain qu'il a choisi), à attendre sa nourriture, à observer la faune, à jouer/chasser les insectes et à dormir la nuit avec sa famille.

Bien que Boji ait atteint l'âge mûr de 13 ans et ait changé plusieurs fois de foyer, c'est un battant qui a encore beaucoup de vie en lui. Sa famille d'accueil l'a vu passer d'un chat timide à un chat beaucoup plus confiant et plus sûr de lui (à condition qu'on lui donne beaucoup de gâterie en tubes !). Il est toujours plus à l'aise dans un foyer calme qui peut lui accorder beaucoup d'attention et d'encouragements (ainsi que des friandises) pour l'aider à sortir de sa coquille.

Boji souffre d'hyperthyroïdie, ce qui l'oblige à prendre des médicaments tous les jours à environ douze heures d'intervalle et à se rendre plusieurs fois par an chez le vétérinaire, mais c'est un gentil garçon qui mérite une famille qui l'aime.

Boji is a big gourmand senior boy with a funny personality. He LOVES food, especially wet food and tube treats, which is made very obvious by his drooling whenever he anticipates a treat. He likes to follow a routine consisting of long cuddle/sleeping sessions (he will try to convince you to nap with him during the day; it's his favourite thing to do with his chosen human), waiting for his food, watching wildlife, playtime / chasing after bugs and sleeping at night with his family.

Although Boji is the ripe age of 13 and has changed homes several times, he is a fighter who has a lot of life left in him - his foster family has seen him grow from a shy cat to a significantly more confident one with more trust in humans (as long as they give him lots of tubes!). He is still best suited for a calm home that can give him a lot of attention and encouragement (along with treats) to continue to help him break through his shell.

Boji does suffer from hyperthyroidism, which requires him to take medication daily about twelve hours apart and a few extra vet visits a year, but he is a sweet boy who deserves a family who loves him.
