Bonjour, moi c'est Abe ! J'ai 14 ans, mais cela ne m'empêche pas de jouer comme un chaton avec mes balles préférées. Je suis un chat sociable qui aime les humains, surtout lorsqu'ils me brossent et me gratouillent le menton ! Je risque d'être un peu timide au début, mais ça ne durera pas longtemps.

Je suis arrivé au refuge en octobre car je souffre d'hyperthyroïdie, mais j'ai un traitement qui contrôle bien la maladie, une crème à appliquer dans l'oreille matin et soir. Je me laisse bien soigner ! Je n'ai plus beaucoup de dents, alors je mange uniquement de la nourriture humide. J'étais très maigre lors de mon arrivée au refuge mais je reprends peu à peu du poids, et ma nouvelle famille devra continuer à surveiller mon appétit.

A cause de mon âge et de mon caractère, je cherche une maison tranquille sans jeunes enfants ni animaux où je pourrai recevoir toute l'attention que je mérite.

Il est certain que m'adopter est un engagement financier, mais j'en vaux la peine : je suis un chat affectueux, gentil et toujours prêt à venir ronronner à côté de vous!

I came to the shelter in October because I suffer from hyperthyroidism, but I have a treatment that controls the disease well, a cream to be applied in the ear morning and evening. I take good care of myself! I don't have many teeth left, so I only eat wet food. I was very thin when I arrived at the shelter, but I'm gradually putting weight back on, and my new family will have to keep an eye on my appetite.

Because of my age and temperament, I'm looking for a quiet home without young children or pets, where I can receive all the attention I deserve.

It's true that adopting me is a financial commitment, but I'm worth it: I'm an affectionate cat, kind and always ready to come and purr by your side.
